  • Finding products

    There are two ways to find the products you are looking for on this site. Searching by Keyword in the search box or by Browsing the links from the top navigation. No matter which method you use, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you find what you are looking for.

    You can search by Keyword, by typing a related word to the product or the product's item number in the Search box. For example: "MCT Shake Mix." Simply click "Go" and the Search results will be displayed. Double-check the spelling: misspelled words will often return limited or zero results.

  • Is it necessary to have an account to shop on this site?

    You can shop on LipiX by providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own LipiX account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including quicker checkout. You will also be able to rate/review products and sellers.

  • What is My shopping Cart?

    The Shopping cart contains the set of items that have been readied for purchase but have not been paid for. The link to the cart can be found to the right of the top navigation searchbar, denoted by a 'Cart' icon. This is not the same as your orders (which are the list of items that have been purchased)

  • Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

    Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.

    You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

  • How do I pay for a purchase?

    LipiX offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that LipiX’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

    LipiX also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit/debit cards in the USA and in 21 other countries

  • Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase?

    There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on LipiX. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay, exclusive of the shipping chae. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay, exclusive of the shipping charges which are explicitly dislayed at the checkout, and added to the total.

  • Opening an Account

    Opening an account on is easy. Simply click Register or when you place an order, you will be prompted to sign up with your e-mail address and password. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track and receive e-mails about your order.

  • Track your orders

    You account will store all details of your pending and delivered orders, on the page 'my Orders' within 'My Account'. Clickin on an order number will lead you to the details of that order, including the order summary, delivery mode, and a link to track the order.
